SHIPPING INFORMATION

SUPPORTED COUNTRIES

Currently, we only ship to the selected regions / countries:
- North America (United States / Canada / Mexico)
- Europe (only ship to selected countries)
- Asia / Pacific (only ship to selected countries)

HANDLING TIME

Most orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (processing time does not include weekend days), and after confirming your order, the shipping would take from 5-15 business days. As we ship via EMS, the merchandise gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by county depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.

SHIPPING FEE

We offer free shipping for all purchases through our web store.

CUSTOM DUTIES / TAX

The recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination. Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.
Customs Value: ABSOLUTE TECHNOLOGY is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are nonrefundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the merchandises to the correct address.

Risk of Non-Delivery, Delay, Loss, Damage

Title to products passes from ABSOLUTE TECHNOLOGY to Customer on shipment from ABSOLUTE TECHNOLOGY facility. Please note that no insurance is added to shipments made with our flat rate ground shipping. ABSOLUTE TECHNOLOGY is free of responsibility once the merchandise ordered leaves ABSOLUTE TECHNOLOGY facility. The shipment service provider assigned by ABSOLUTE TECHNOLOGY would be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss or damage of the ordered merchandise that occurs during shipping.

Incorrect or Mistaken Order Selections

We are not responsible for any flaws in your order that occur on account of incorrect or mistaken order selections.

Returned Order

We will inform you 3 times within 30 days after we received the returned order. If we do not receive your response, we will release the forth message (last message) to inform you that we will refund your payment (shipping cost non-refundable) after 7 days.

Correction of Website Info.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

The information on the Absolute.com.tw website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). All pictures are for illustration purposes. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, product picture, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Errors & Omissions

In the event merchandise is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, absolute.com.tw shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for merchandises listed at the incorrect price. Absolute.com.tw shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, absolute.com.tw shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

RETURN POLICY

If the received merchandise is different from what you ordered, we will accept returns of the merchandise within 7 days of receipt for a full refund as long as the items are unopened with seals and shrink wraps on the package of the merchandise remaining ”intact”, namely unopened and unused.
If the received merchandise is defective without any human negligence, please contact our Service Center within 7 days of receipt. After we have verified the defective situation, we will notify you by mail about how we will proceed. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for different merchandises. In the case that we accept returns of the merchandise, please return the entire merchandise, including the complete package of thereof and all the items incorporated in or on the package as the same as receipt.
We reserve the right of shipping new merchandise back to you if the one returned to Absolute Technology is opened and verified not faulty, or if any incorporated item of the merchandise is missing. The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Unless an opened and used merchandise for returns is packaged back to its original state, an 20% restocking fee is accessed for restocking the merchandise.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded. To return an order, please contact us with the request for returns. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or disregarded. We will let you know how to complete your return. After 7 days of receipt, the merchandise is deemed accepted to you and hereby waiving the rights of requesting for returns. In general, after 7 days of receipt, ABSOLUTE TECHNOLOGY cannot accept returns for any reason other than unusual defects without any human negligence.
We reserve the right to modify our return policy without prior notice.

Order Cancellation

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, and we make every effort to minimize the time between when your order is placed and when it ships out. Unfortunately, this means that it usually impossible for us to cancel an order once it’s been processed. If you do need to cancel an order, please contact us with your request (and a reason please, we would like to know why). All non- shipped orders can be canceled and refunded. Shipped order cannot be canceled.
